Prepare inspection & test plan (ITP). -Receiving material & issue material receiving inspection report (MRIR). -Reviewing mill test certificate (MTC). -Issue welding documents, proposal welding procedure specification (WPS) as per applicable standards. -Monitor and prepare procedure qualification records (PQR) as per applicable standards. -Check welding parameters, welding material and technique for compliance with the welding procedure. -Prepare and issue weld plan, weld map & radiographic test map. -Monitor and prepare welder performance qualification (WPQ) as per applicable standards. - Non Destructive Testing (Visual test, RT interpretation, MT and PT). -Prepare and issue QC documents as per project specifications. -Check calibration certification of welding machines and electrode ovens. -Check sand blasting, galvanization and painting activities. -Perform thickness test and holiday test for painting. -Check installation (Dimension, level, coordinates, verticality, valves type and direction) according to Drawings, codes and project specifications. -Full dimension check for the released shop drawing for fabrication.
