Worked with the project management’s department in an intense follow up and tracking rhythms:• Overall responsibility and oversight for all aspects of project talent acquisition, recruiting processes and status for both mobilization and demobilization actions and data including ensuring that the staffing system accurately reflects all activity to provide accurate information to management via dashboards and reports.• Track deployment and recruitment plans for projects to ensure we are meeting the timeline and forecasted target. • Supervising the On-boarding process and educate the new employees of our system. • Plan, organize, and coordinate the project’s activities. Includes any combination of the following: staffing, recruitment, employee relations, international and national staff, government relations, and learning and development (courses and training). • Corroborate the employee's sustainability by shifting them to another project once their role ends at the current one.• Coordinate with Business Support team in fleet, procurement, and accommodation to our employees. • Site visits and provide counsel to employees having work/system related problems.• Submit weekly and monthly reports to HR and Project Management.• Occasionally meet with clients to ensure that we are providing the expected service and better.
