Ecommerce Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive ecommerce strategy to increase online sales and achieve business objectives.Online Store Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our online store, including inventory management, product listings, pricing, promotions, and order fulfillment.Website Optimization: Continuously improve website performance, usability, and conversion rates through A/B testing, user experience enhancements, and site optimization techniques.Digital Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media advertising, and affiliate marketing.Customer Experience Enhancement: Ensure a seamless and positive customer journey across all online touchpoints, from browsing to checkout, by monitoring customer feedback, analyzing data, and implementing improvements.Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze ecommerce metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Generate regular reports on sales performance, customer behavior, and website analytics.Competitive Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify market opportunities and keep our online offerings competitive.Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of ecommerce specialists, providing guidance, training, and support to drive their professional growth and ensure high-quality work output.Vendor Management: Collaborate with third-party vendors, agencies, and technology partners to maximize the effectiveness of ecommerce platforms and tools.Budget Management: Develop and manage the ecommerce budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and delivering strong return on investment (ROI).

• Supervise entire operation of COR team during scheduled shifts, and carry daily service plan • Verify and adjust daily allocation through Fleet Management and COR scheduling.• Develop scalable standardized processes to optimize operations on COR/Hub side in a fast-growing, customer-focused, restaurant/hospitality environment• Adjust session allocation through FMT and COR staffing tools• Manage operational workflow, identify bottlenecks in ops processes and implement effective solutions• Effectively communicate/escalate operational successes/constraints to appropriate POCs’ while seeking data-driven, scalable solutions when necessary• Assist COR Manager in scheduling CORs for shifts, training, and managing COR timesheets and time-off requests• Set and maintain performance standards for CORs including hospitality, cooking quality, cook times, driving safety, and food safety• Respond to in-field requests and serve as a liaison between COR and supporting departments, including Command Center, dispatchers, FAM, Engineering, IT, etc.• Develop direct reports for progression into their future roles• Perform other administration duties and responsibilities as required

• Support, mentor, and motivate sort team to effectively process customer-facing packages for delivery• Use data-based metrics to facilitate an efficient sort operation to prepare OTR team to deliver customer promise• Take ownership of the site’s procurement/non-inventory needs, placing and approving orders through Coupa/Payee Central, and sourcing 3rd part vendors when needed• Manage safety, quality, and productivity of the sort operation• Track Covid-19 social-distancing measures and to mitigate safety incidents and prepare countermeasures to prevent incidents and maintain social-distancing.
