OBJECTIVES:To lead and manage the HR department and its functions, such as recruitment, training, performance management, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and legal compliance.To develop and implement HR strategies and policies that support the organization’s goals and objectives, and foster a positive and productive work environment.To provide guidance and advice to senior management and other stakeholders on HR issues and best practices, and ensure effective communication and collaboration across the organization.To oversee the HR budget and resources, and ensure optimal utilization and efficiency.To monitor and evaluate the effectiveness and impact of HR programs and initiatives, and identify areas for improvement and innovation.To ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, and maintain high standards of ethics and professionalism.
