• RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT - To develop and maintain a professional and ethical relationship with business clients, clerks, machine operators, cargo handlers and other external collaborators. • STOCK MANAGEMENT - To ensure proper execution of daily warehouse function of Receipt (Inbound), storage and Issue (Outbound) with regards to orders from clients. Plan, optimize and allocate available resources for daily operational needs. Maintain a well kept warehouse and ensure items are properly stores in locations. Ensure a target of 100% stock accuracy is achieved. • CLIENT REPORTING - Ensure daily/weekly stock reports are shared with clients as agreed in SLA’s. A ready to dispatch notification to client before every stock release. Ensure proof of Receipt (GRN) and proof of Delivery (POD’s) for all transactions are shared without fail. Ensure Monthly Stock Count are done, signed off and shared with all collaborators. Also ensure agreed KPI’s are measure monthly and reported to all collaborators. • SYSTEM MANAGEMENT - SPEED WMSMaintain a geo-localization of all products according to the mapping of the WMS. Ensure all receptions and deliveries transacted, validated and completed in WMS. Complete order preparation sheets, labeling and deliveries in WMS. Ensure physical stocks matches with WMS stocks. • SYSTEM MANAGEMENT - SPOT (INVOICING FILE MANAGEMENT) Ensure file opening for each month. Ensure signed supplier works sheets are booked to respective file. Ensure monthly file invoicing for all clients. • ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure basic knowledge of the content of clients contractual terms. Control monthly operational cost. Ensure practice of laid down procedures or SOP’s in accordance to ISO 9001:2018. Ensure QHSE rules are strictly adhered to in daily operations of the warehouse. Ensure contractual agreed KPI’s are measured and monitored. Ensure warehouse tools and equipment are well managed, effectively used and serviced when due or faulty.

• Managing stock control of over 800 Store Keeping Units (SKU’s) in our FMCG group of companies.• Planning, coordinating and monitoring receipt, order assembling and dispatch of goods.• The efficient utilization of space and proper handling of equipment’s, ensuring that KPI’s targets and environmental objectives are achieved.• Having clear understanding of the company’s policies and visions and how the warehouse contributes to achieving logistics objectives.• Coordinating the use of automated and computerized warehouse system.• Keeping stock control system up to date and ensuring inventory accuracy.• Organizing the recruitment and training of staff, as well as monitoring performance and progress and appraising them periodically. • Motivating, organizing and encouraging teamwork within staff to ensure productivity targets, KPI’s and customer satisfaction objectives are met.• Preparing and producing regular reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.• In-charge of all procurement activities for the northern branch.• Ensuring positive results in the complete logistics cycle from the ordering process, till when customers acknowledge receipt of consignment.• Ensuring cost effectiveness in the transportation and distribution aspects of the business.• Maintaining standards of health and safety, hygiene and security in the work environment.
