● Co-authored 4 journal papers in a highly rated international journal and contributed to impactful reports for the Mastercard Foundation on Tracer learning study of young people's livelihood journey's post tertiary education. ● Successfully carried out 5 interviews for a podcast segment of “Hustling the African Dream” that will be available in our virtual museum launch in July 2023.● Organized 2 seminars on how to apply intersectionality in doing gender research, and addressing women’s sexual harassment in the informal economy in Africa which were attended by over 30 senior researchers. ● Finalizing a journal publication to inform how youth unemployment is Uganda impacting young people’s mental health from gender perspective.

Served as an advisory board member who provided critical feedback on possible implementation strategies and insights for the MasterCard Foundation learning partnerships programs and its partners. As a success, a charter was later adopted in guiding the Foundations work on youth unemployment and its partners who provide education scholarship programs.

Working on creating and sharing stories that aim to amplify (alumni and current students) engagement on stories about Inclusivity and or Inclusiveness in our daily lives.

● Consulted as a teaching assistant for 11 students, and a research associate for the Rural Community Development graduate studies program which increased the popularity and admission of the program by 20%.

● Co-authored and successfully helped in launching 2 courses on Public Speaking and Powerful Presentations which are accessed by over 5000 Mastercard Foundation scholars worldwide. ● Conducted 8 qualitative client interviews and posted weekly content blog posts which boosted online engagement from 8% to 33% in total monthly engagements.

● Fostered and mobilized over 500 youth participants to participate in the greatest online youth activism event, showcased at the UN General Assembly (UNGA) on September 22, 2018, under the theme of "Reimagine Humanity."

Was part of the 25 selected global participants and Next Generation Fellows working on Women Peace and Security (WPS) and, Gender Peace and Security (GPS) Agendas. I was also a symposium attendant in Washington D.C. where we got a chance to present my research on "Changing Masculinities among Congolese Refugees in Uganda" to other fellows and pitch some ideas to the selected senators office in the Capital Hill.

● Successfully scheduled and organized 2 weeks of practical/intensive summer program on gender equality for both Ugandan and American exchange students.● Compiled study training manuals, and student handbooks, and directly oversaw the daily running of the gender and development class’s program calendar. ● Outperformed in study evaluations and co-produced one final report that communicated the findings of our summer education program.● Surpassed expectations in doing two-panel presentations on gender and development realities in Uganda which helped in broadening students' conceptual understanding of the topic.

I was among the top 5 selected global fellows to write and publish on the dangers of fossil fuel industry and the threats it poses to climate change and or increased global warming within the Sub-Saharan African region (specifically Uganda and East Africa).

I was among the selected African youths to take part in Citizen Journalism and New Media training programme by the YaLa Journalism School supported by the Aileen Getty Foundation. For this programme, we learnt on social activism, blogging, curating a good personal story, making videos, among others.

● Exceeded the pioneering role as a leading customer care consultant that led to double retention of our clients and a 90% acceleration in customer survey ratings from the 2nd last position to the top in the years 2012 to 2013.● Reduced repeat calls as a first-caller respondent and maximized our team’s productivity as a knowledge expert for all our team inquiry escalations. ● Was one of the few Inbound agents in the whole call center who was authorized to serve high-end clients, which led to a 30% increase in our clientele base.

● Standardized an e-library system, digitizing over 15,000 books and issuing library cards for the entire school which increased student readership and easy return of books by 80%.● Secured around 150 books that had gone missing before my tenure.● Mentored students in the effective use of library and library skills which increased our service delivery.
