Training and Development - Assist management with the development of their workforce through the design and implementation of a competency based training and development programme.3. Resourcing - Plan and co-ordinate recruitment and search assignments for subsidiary companies. Design and implement competency based recruitment. Train management in behavioural event interviewing.4. Saudisation - Achieve Saudisation targets through the design and implementation of a plan that achieves objectives as they relate to recruitment targets, retention and employee performance.5. Human Resource Policies and Processes - Review, develop and implement best practice policies for HR.
