Managed $13.1m spend over two years on the plantation/farm and maintained efficient cost controls across the company. Managed the annual budget and 5-year strategic plan processes. Created and managed a 30-year financial model for the plantation that shows the IRR, Payback, NPV, and EBITDA; included sensitivity analysis where it automatically updated with changes in key variables.
