BayHill FCC Catalyst Production Plant – KIZAD, Abu Dhabi, UAE - Detailed Engineering & EPCFirst FCC 123 Metric T/Day catalyst manufacturing plant in the Middle East. Scope covers engineering design, procurement, construction and operation of the plant at Khalifa Industrial Zone (KIZAD), Abu Dhabi, UAE.The engineering for the project has been executed for GRACE by two entities:• Worley Parsons - Main process plant (main catalyst plant, raw matl. Storage & intermediates processing.)• Amar Golden Design LLC - Utilities & buildings (remaining facilities, offices, utilities and infrastructure.)Roles and Responsibilities:• Review and validation of FEL-3 FEED documents, approval of Mechanical, Piping and Safety deliverables prepared by Subcontracted parties.• Review and check EPC ITB package is suitably prepared for submission to Main EPC Contractor.• Coordination with engineering sub-contractors. Cost optimization with fit for project purpose concept. • Focal point on behalf of the client - Provision of technical expertise and guidance towards safe and reliable solutions wherever necessary on Mechanical Equipment, Piping and material selection. • Coordinating with operations personnel from various existing GRACE facilities for subject matter expert feedback on existing methodologies followed in plants.• Exploring and implementing further improvement and optimization on existing facilities for the new BayHill facility from lessons learnt at existing facilities.• Guiding subcontractors to implement local requirements and regulations in the FEL-3 FEED package.• Provision of input towards ergonomic, safe and optimized operation in design reviews and model reviews.

Saudi Aramco - NW Unconventional Gas Devt Project - System B, Saudi Arabia - Detailed Engineering & EPCDevelopment of infrastructure for processing tight sand formation gas in the northwest part of Saudi Arabia.
