Good experienced in mechanical and pipeline works for Oil&Gas. • Coordinating and manage all operational activities for the construction of the pipeline within the site activities of the Supervisors and Foreman’s• Communicate construction progress with CM, PM and Clients.• Manage the quality of construction to ensure onsite manpower requirements are met and to maintain safety on work site.• Manage in planning work schedule, determining manpower levels, material quantities, equipment requirements, subcontractor scheduling etc. throughout the construction site activity.• Verifying equipment’s and material certificates according to Client procedure.• Coordination site activities according to client procedures and checklists to ensure all tasks are completed with full regard to Safety and instruction to site Supervisors.• Coordinate the delivery of materials to operation site, the installation work carried out directly and the activities carried out by the Subcontractors, ensuring the correct application of the quality plans and the provisions safety measures at work site.• Coordination rigging and lifting crews who is able to work according to the site locations.• Informing the CM and PM concerned of the progress of the work with indication of the availability, reporting any additional needs to the site responsible peoples, ensuring that the construction work is completed on schedule plan.• Issue periodic reports on relations with the Client on the progress and results of the activity carried out by the Company the Suppliers and the subcontractors on the critical aspects and on the forecasts of progress of the construction site activities. • Checking the progress and scheduling of resources and compliance with deadlines and collaborating with the CM to identify and apply the corrective actions necessary to contain deviations from what was estimated.• Coordination the crews and testing activities, delivery of the system to the Client, informing quality for preparing the necessary certifications and documentation which is required.• Provide instructions in collaboration with the CM to the HR for the planning and organization of the re-mob and demobilization according to the progress of the work according mob schedule.• Reporting to CM and PM all HSE incidents and advise-assist on incidents investigations.• Ensure that all safety measures are applied by site personnel and monitoring.
