Treasury• Daily Bank Status report to Management.• Prepare cash flow report to Management.• Analys and allocate bank facilities as per the situation.• Select bank for supplier’s payment as per Bank Status.• Make letters to banks for financing & disbursement of loans.• Handle all financial queries with banks & suppliers.• Update credit facility report on a fortnight basis to management.• Monthly projected cash flow report to management.• Reconciliation of financial-related accounts Between AX & excel report.• Allocate funds for LC issuance.Bank • Prepare bank payments & deposit vouchers, and cheques.• Coding bank transactions (payments & deposits).• Daily Bank Reconciliation of banks.• Record all transactions in the Accounting System • Control and mentor Bank accounts and reconcile between Bank Module & system.LC’s & CAD’s:• Responsible for opening & amendment LC as per request.• Responsible for timely collection of all LC & CAD documents.• Maintain LC & CAD schedule in respect of payment.• Correspond with banks for all LC & CAD queries.

Accounts Payable • Prepare monthly A/P entries and check suppliers’ monthly due balances.• Update monthly Aging of accounts payable and prepare payments for all suppliers.• Prepare monthly reconciliation of accounts payable.Accounts receivable • Prepare monthly reconciliation of accounts receivable.• Prepare customers' weekly report • Update daily report of vacant units to assist the Sales departmentPayroll• Process Monthly time sheets on a timely basis. • Ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely. • Reconcile payroll prior to transmission to the Head of Accounts • Process correctly all deductions and earnings calculations • Process manual payment vouchers and cheques accurately.
