Ensure contractor compliance with contract specifications and approved shop drawings. Assist Site Civil/Mechanical Engineer / Electrical Engineer with review of shop drawing and material submittals. Monitor and report contractor progress and all activities. Responsible for supervising, directing and coordinating the contractor’s inspection team. Monitor contractor QA/QC activities and maintain records. Ensure that contractors responses are complete and in compliance with the contract documents. Where problems are found, work with Project Engineer to resolve. Audit inspections for conformity to contract documents and contractor submitted plans. Prepare NCR and prepare snagging reports and follow up with contractors for de-snagging. Reviews payment requests, variations, and claims.Reviews project plans and delay analysis
