With over five years of experience in quality assurance and quality control in the food processing industry, I am a passionate and dedicated professional who strives to ensure the highest standards of food safety and quality. I have worked as a Quality Assurance Specialist at Marbella, a leading dairy company in Egypt, where I was responsible for conducting audits, inspections, and tests, as well as implementing and maintaining quality management systems and procedures. I have also worked as a Quality Control Engineer at Bel Egypt, a global cheese producer, where I used P&ID and Microsoft Office to monitor and control the production process, analyze data, and generate reports. I have a bachelor's degree in food processing from Cairo University, and a certification in professional management from Paris ESLSCA Business School. I have also developed my English language skills through various courses and programs. I have a strong knowledge and interest in food processing technology, food safety and quality, and quality management systems.
