I have been working in Higher Education level - Universities for +13 years. Recently I am holding a Deputy General Manager Position, where it has added value to my experience that i had before. I had build up my team in the company that can achieve the Visions, Missions and Goals of the company.What is your vision in the future? This question always my manager asks me about, and my answer for that is, whenever I am able to develop myself and the company am working with and share my experience and achievements I have achieved, this shows me how important I should be in the company I am working in.
