Observers are responsible to operate recording instruments and supervise the seismic crew operations to ensure safe, quality and productive data is recorded. Ensure the proper use and maintenance of Exploration assets assigned to the Recording Crew. Prepare and execute a plan for field recording which will ensure that all recording and testing operations comply with client parameters. Comply with and enforce HSE, Exploration and clients policies, processes and procedures. Assist in the development and mentorship of junior personnel.
