Participate in designing stage.Reviewing conceptual designs and insuring workability as per authorities’ guidelines and regulations.Prepare Architectural Drawings (plans, sections, elevations, doors and windows finish schedule, wall details, finish schedule).Prepare perspective views using Exterior and Interior (3D MAX, V-ray rendering engine).Prepare documents and tender drawings for the “NHL-FGB (National Housing Loan – First Gulf Bank)”. Submission and follow up projects in the “CPD (Abu Dhabi Municipality)”, “ADDC (Abu Dhabi Distribution Company)” and “NOCs (No Objection Certificate System)”.Submission of various design stages to authorities and insuring that the design is in line with the guidelines and regulations to obtain approval for building permit.Check and review MEP drawings and match it with architectural drawing.Managed site inspections for recent and previous projects, providing reports for work stages.
