Dr. Ghadi has been an E- learning and development specialist in Al- Dammam University , and worked as a teachers` trainer for 5 years tought 4 courses mainly related to Science Education such as, Social Studies, Basic of Critical thinking Skills, Research Methodology and Curriculum Development.Dr. Ghadi also actively involved in conducting researches related to critical thinking skills and logic. He has published several journal articles, one book and two international conferences. He had participated more than ten workshops in the area of philosophy of education. Besides that, Dr. Gahdi won gold medal at Innovation, Research and Innovation Exhibition (PRPI 2014).Dr. Ghadi has acted as a reviewer for international journals such as International Education Research (1 paper) and International Journal of Social Science (1 Paper). Currently, He is assisting in the Copyright of four instruments for critical thinking dispositions as well critical thinking skills.
