• Develop high-quality progress reports (internal and external.) Assist in the preparation of internal and external meetings, presentations, working papers, and activity tables.• Ensure timely reporting from projects by monitoring and following up with the Field Coordinators and partners.• Follow up with Warehouse Operators to confirm receive and dispatch processes are going according to plan.• Monitor FDPs and keep track of the progress of distribution based on the plan.• Double-check SARC plans and coordinate with partners to avoid duplication.• Assist in the management of logistical support, fleet, transport, and procurement units (Procurement Processes - Market Assessment -Fleet Movement Plan-warehouse Management) by collaboration and coordination. Ensuring high quality and accuracy of work.

• Responsible for the "cutting and bending" process which includes 10 workers, from sheet metals to finished parts.• Communicate with customers, providing advice and support.• Collect machine performance data and demonstrate preventive maintenance in action for critical parts.• Creating models, blueprints or visual renders of current mechanical designs using SolidWorks.• Conducting design reviews for existing assemblies with other relevant departments.
