• Developing Dashboards for EPMO team that cover 13 RCMC strategic programs status progress, Number of projects per program, budget VS paid, Escalated issues, actual VS planned delivery status.• Building document control methodology for the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) & it’s process to achieve a high standard archiving system.• Supporting Other departments in Royal Commission for Makkah City & Holy Sites (RCMC) such as the procurement department in building their own dashboard in showing bids status in floating, evaluation & awarded processes, Vendors bids participation status, tracking contracts status.

• Developed Dashboards for EPMO team that track active RCMC projects status progress, Number of projects, budget VS paid, Escalated issues, actual VS planned delivery.• Build a simple library for the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) & it’s process to achieve an archiving system.• Supported Other departments in Royal Commission for Makkah City & Holy Sites (RCMC) such as the finance department in tracking invoices for each vendor per projects.

A 12-week project-based program, where i finished in-class 480 hours of data analysis, data science, machine learning and other technical skills.Projects:- Predicting future electrical power load in Saudi Arabia central operating area.- Driving Licenses, Traffic Accidents and Casualties Analysis in Saudi Arabia- Kaggle competition on house prices and Titanic data sets - Web-scraping using selenium on python, to extract and create a data-frame- Forcasting whether tempreture, from kaggle data set, UK weather data from 2015 to 2019.
