My job is to handle many aspects for Direct Consumer Channel which include Retail, Telesales andEtisalat E-shop where I’m responsible for:• Set sales requirements for new product/service description to be applied on system in order to optimize sales process and facilitate workflow • Review impact analysis in order to ensure all sales requirements are available and recommend other alternative solutions in case of a non-feasible requirement• Test new product/service using (user acceptance test) and (Post production test) to ensure that all requirements are operating and feasible • Communicate structure of new product/service; provide Q&A, process documents and selling manual steps to educate direct consumer channels on new product/service. • Conduct post assessment for launched product/service to gather feedback from direct Consumer Channels. • Review and discuss current process for service/product in order to align and document processes across different stakeholders.• Handle different sales channels' requests, inquiries and complaints to maintain a communication channel and gather feedback • Initiate new process for product/service/sales techniques for direct consumer channels to enhance and optimize sales process.
