• Managing a Team of VPOs works on 24*7 basis to support a diamond customer.• Team is supporting BVPN service mainly with its all related typologies, technologies using different available tools to solve escalated issues as L3 support team.• Upgrading Team skills to support new technologies like SD WAN, SDA, Network Automation…etc• Managing escalations & crisis management requests on 24*7 basis.• Managing team members’ evaluations, training & up-skilling.• Validate the customer’s typologies and service solutions during periodic meetings.• Provide technical consultation to pre-sales, and project managers, by validating and reviewing technical designs for new services sold to the customer.• Provide technical documentations (configuration and troubleshooting guidelines) to the team members to facilitate their tasks.

• Provide value added network technical expertise for operational services to a designated premium customer Virtual Private Network (VPN), in addition to occasional technical consultation services.• Responsible for applying the configuration of new implementations for the designated VPN layer 3 and LAN devices.• Provide expert technical support to pre-sales, and project managers to validate, and review the technical design of new services sold to the designated customer• Acts as the escalation point for the customer in case of major operational incidents.

• Responsible for providing the on time and error-free implementation of IP routers and change Management requests, including the design, validation, configuration, planning and end-to-end testing. • During this period I worked on many projects for many standard customers in Airlines and Oil & Gas fields.

Responsibilities: Monitoring customer’s network (WAN/LAN) maintaining HA, provide second level trouble shooting, managing several different teams (Orange, Customer 3PP and PTT) to resolve faults and restore services.
