➢Extension Project planning, designing and execute with (civil and electrical) teamwork.➢Supervision of extension field, Machine setup, Wiring, Layout designing and SLD making. ➢DB, PFI, ATS, Control Board Design, assist to Making.➢Supervision, inspection and troubleshooting of VFD, PLC and HMI. ➢ Troubleshooting of following SMTs:• Aluminum Extrusion Press (660 to 2000 Ton Hydraulic).• Conveyer Belt.• 12 Ton Melting Furnace.• Anodizing Rectifier and Colour Rectifier.• Powder coating, Wooden finished.• Aging Oven and Die Oven.• Boiler, Burner, Compressor, Chiller.• Jacket Cooling Water System.➢ SCADA Operation of:• 33/11 KV Switch room and 10 MVA LT Switching Room (VCB).• (4.5) MVA Power Generator operating, maintain and switching (ACB). • Jacket Cooling Water System.• ATS panel, PFI panel, Load Distribution panel.➢ Logbook maintain and prepare daily work report. ➢ Maintain store, spear parts requisition and inventory.
