Responsibilities include assuring the project objectives will be achieved within timeframe for realizing benefits for all sister companies in the same project by integration management which not available by managing individually. Support in monitoring project progress against agreed project program. Assisting in producing project reports for issuance to clients on a weekly and monthly basis to report on project progress and performance. Assisting the project director/manager in controlling and managing elements of the project to enable the project to be delivered to the required budget, time and quality standards.

In Riyadh Metro/Line 3, tasked with the management of more stations for relocation of existing utilities. Responsibilities included satisfy client/stakeholders expectation, resolve problems and issues for unforeseen utilities and manage constraints (e.g, Scope, quality, costs, schedule, resources).

Tasked with making Shop drawing, quantity surveying, Creating MSR and following material delivery, liaising with Governments authorities for approval and handover, preparing method of statement for tenders, Lead the technical meetings with Client.
