• Lead an effective, efficient and productive Marketing Department by ensuring that the appropriate recruitment, structures, systems, competencies and values are developed. • Able to develop team KPIs focusing on the what, the how, and the when to achieve the goals, while developing the metrics to measure progress• Design, implement and facilitate annual marketing plans, specifically: sales forecasts for each product allocation of expenses between products, and categories, required sales promotion programs and the marketing materials needed to accomplish the goals. • Identify new products pipeline• Ensure effective team communication throughout the marketing department through the application of suitable reporting systems, structures and the identification and provision of appropriate training. • Coaching of his team in various aspects of management • Financial management of the marketing programs including budget planning, resource allocation and preparation of quarterly reports. • Develop consumers’ insights, and communication.• Works closely with sales managers on overall strategy, and country tailored ones• Form informal networks with company senior management, updating them on a regular basis on developments within Marketing, and working with them on cross-functional projects. • Develop ongoing liaison with key opinion leaders, and other Consumer healthcare organizations to ensure that significant developments in the field are identified and monitored. • Work in conjunction with the medical department to develop programs to support marketing whenever needed • Provide assistance with preparation of submissions to regulatory agencies, tender boards and hospital formularies. • Work with different functions to ensure business objectives are met (Sales, finance, supply chain, regulatory, etc.)• Spend, as well as his team appropriate time in the field, working with sales teams, and interacting with customers• Launch readiness of new brands/SKUs

• To lead the EP business & drive performance of the EP portfolio across GLM o to achieve the revenue and IBT targets of the assigned portfolioo lead Pfizer representation, both within and outside Pfizer, for the assigned Territory • To represent the interests of the EP BU at GLM leadership level• Responsible for cross functional alignment, enabling and platform functions for Territory priorities – mobilize the needed resources to ensure achievement of Objectives• Shape the OWNIT culture and drive cultural traits of entrepreneurship, focus, flexibility, customer obsession and collaboration
