Duties and Responsibilities: •Overall fulll supervision responsibility of all the onsite activities (Excavation,Sub and supestructure, MEP, finishing and infrastructure) • Studies contract documents to become thoroughly acquainted with exact requirements and specifications • Monitoring Contractor's execution of the project works in accordance with the contract specifications. • Attendance of the Biweekly and tracking progress meetings with all concerned parties to discuss contractor progress. • Attandace of technical workshop meetings to solve any site problems • Managing a construction supervision team to carry out the duties required pursuant to their scope of work in order to maintain the required quality of works in accordance with the specifications • Issuing Job Site Instructions.and non conformity reports • reviewing the progress of the contractor`interim payment. • Issue final snag lists to contractors and takingover cetficate • reviewing the final payment .
