Manage all aspects of a business including operations, finance, administrative paperwork, hiring, hands-on training, and leadership* Execute company policies, procedures, and programs* Oversee stock levels, order supplies* Handle customer inquiries, complaints, problem-solving* Make sure the store is always staffed* Conduct monthly team meetings to share feedback from employees* Maintain a fast, accurate service, positive guest relations, and ensure that products are consistent with the company’s quality standards* Keep the store clean, organized, and ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene, health and safety department guidelines* Promote and market the business at every opportunity* Give employees clear directions and responsibilities at their work stations with follow-ups* Project weekly sale and labor costs to meet or exceed the target budget* Schedules are made based on peak and nonpeak hours and expected events* Create and implement plans to increase sales such as discounts at nonpeak times* Motivate, coach, guide my team to deliver positive customer service* Control Food/ labor cost and my bottom line P & L statement* Conduct weekly audits, review video cameras, look at voided transactions, overrides, employee timecards, and ensure employees are following company guideline and policies
