I plan reforms and monitor its overall progress, resolving issues and initiating corrective action as appropriate, coordinate and manage both the dependencies and the interfaces between projects, coordinate donor partner missions in respect of implementation of programme reforms, guide in the preparation of project plans, and oversee day to day project implementation and provide advice and technical support to the project teams.
