  Supply planning is part of supply chain processes that studying sales forecast, scheduling production plans, running MRP ,follow up all related processes and analyze any deviations Occur during operations cycle. Duties: -Study the sales forecast taking into consideration the available lines capacity, suppliers capacity and warehouses capacity. - Prepare MPS considering the available stock and setup production plans( daily – Monthly – annual ).- Prepare “MRP” and request the materials from purchasing department. -Coordinate the new products launches process by working closely with marketing, production, technical and purchasing.-Follow up on the sales plan and demand deviations.-Control end stock values in all levels “materials – semi products – finish good – stagnant “.-Follow up Semi product Stocks and loading machines to link them with finish product lines.-Prepare loading machines (daily-weekly-monthly) Based on standard cycle times and machines availability.-I worked with "Overall Equipment Efficiency report" "OEE".-I worked with "Production Planning Adherence system" "PPAS"
