This involves sorting them out and ensuring proper allocation to meet our organization’s monthly production plan.>Casual SAP Account Management: Manage insourced manpower accounts through SAP, overseeing their entire cycle until payment.>Casual monthly Accruals: Calculate monthly accruals based on our monthly production plan.>Medical Insurance Account Management: Responsible for handling employees data flow, including additions, networking, and communication with the medical service providers until deletion.>Medical service consumption Monitoring: Monitor monthly consumption to prevent over draining accounts while preventing services abuse.
