i) Installation, Commissioning, Operation and troubleshooting of Dyeing (Fongs, Thies, Tong Geng, ACME etc.), Finishing m/c (Stenter, Open compactor, Tube Compactor, Dryer, Scouring & Relaxing, Sueding m/c, Raising m/c, Continuous Washing etc.), Printing m/c( Rotary , Flat Bed, Oval, Placement Printing etc.) ,Warp Knitting m/c (Karl Mayer), Circular Knitting m/c(Fukuhara, Terrot, Mayer & Cie etc), Washing m/c (Washing, Tumble Dryer, Hydro etc.), Yarn Dyeing m/c, Tape Dyeing m/c, Molding m/c, Garment machineries & HVAC System.ii) Plan, organize, coordinate and execute all process maintenance activities both scheduled and Breakdown maintenance.iii) Plan, organize, supervise and execute all fabrication related jobs.iv) Supervise and execute all activities at Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) & strictly Control effluent water parameters i.e. PH, DO, BOD, TDS, TSS etc. and finally discharge Effluent to the Environment.v) Capable to troubleshoot of all Boiler, Compressor, Pump, Generator and ensure optimum utility support and application.vi) To attend breakdowns repair works promptly to avoid and prevent unnecessary production delay.vii) Computer Aided Drawing and Manufacturing.viii) To ensure materials Quality and safety environment in the work place.ix) Certifying all progress bills of the contractors prepared from sites.x) Maintain an inventory of requirement spare parts and supplies, as required to minimize back order and delivery down-time. xi) Working for development of engineering team including training and guidance to Jr. Engr./SAE/Technician for implementing department goal.xii) Hard working & Positive attitude towards challenges.xiii) Pleasant personality with people handling skill.xiv) Good communicative and analytical skill.
