As a Brand & Creative Designer I focus on web design, branding & social-media content. I use my skills to help businesses grow with their online and offline communication. Whether they need a website, a new logo or a stunning Instagram Story, I let the magic happen.

I worked as a freelance Graphic & Motion Designer for Yappa. Yappa is a design agency that 'builds' and 'boosts' digital solutions for a wide range of companies. I mainly worked on designing visuals and animating motion graphics for social media content.

Hasselt, Belgium

With a group of three students we worked this summer at Mediaan on a project called 'Mixed Reality Karting'. Mediaan is willing to improve a drivers karting skills with the help of Augmented Reality and the Microsoft HoloLens. These mixed reality glasses provide the driver with real-time tips & tricks. In this project I was the UX designer who designed the interface of the AR experience. During the World Championship at Karting Genk on September 9th we gave a demo in the VIP area.

For my internship assignment I joined the team of Mediaan for 3 months. The internship at Mediaan has brought a lot of opportunities for me. I have learned a lot and I have worked in challenging projects for international clients. On top of that it was a lovely team.

Riemst

I’ve started working as a salesman as a job-student in a furniture shop at ‘Interieurs Eycken’ (they changed it to Meubelen Verberckmoes) in Riemst. During this time I learned a lot of skills in sales and management.Furthermore I also had the opportunity to put my language skills into practice. 80 % of the customers at ‘Interieurs Eycken’ were French-speaking and 20% were Dutch-speaking. In the beginning it was a challenge for me, since Dutch is my native language and I only used French during the courses at school. But after a little while I mastered the essence of the language and I could help all customers with their desires and needs.
