Project: OOREDOO Telecom – Kuwait Joined this project as part of the transition team to acquire the entire internal IT Department which included site, application and resources assessment, due Diligence, boarding and integration. Project: ZAIN Telecom – Bahrain Initially joined the project while working with international turnkey systems to support the CRM and billing applications after the upgrade. After Huawei Acquisition in march 2012 I was also tasked to implement ITIL and ITSM methodology across the department.
