El Salam Balancing Workshop is a family business which is dedicated to the balancing of high speed flexible rotors which pass through their 1st,2nd,3rd critical speeds by low speed soft bearing balancing machines. We’ve been balancing such rotors in our workshop since 1993.Our workshop possesses a great history, excellent skills, high experience, and reliable machines/instruments.Many international companies have had their flexible rotors balanced at our workshop. Some of them are- General Electric, Skoda, Siemens, Alstom, Mitsubishi, Hitachi, etc.Our area of expertise for such rotors includes a majority of NDT testing methods, the measurement of mechanical run out/ electrical runout, residual magnetism, along with the demagnetisation of such rotors.Furthermore, our workshop conducts straightening for equipment and parts such as steam turbine rotors.Our Workshop also conducts the following processes: - Complete overhaul for pumps, electrical motors, and gear boxes - Repairing and changing parts for all undercarriage for trucks and earth moving heavy equipment -Dynamic Balancing for Drive Shafts (propeller or cardan) - Disassembly and assembling of almost all mechanical parts on a vertical/horizontal hydraulic press up to 2000 TonsWorkshop Dimensions:6,600 m^2 (71041 ft^2)
