Steel structure Section head have experience (9 years) in Steel structure and plate work and Telecommunication Towers ,Overhead Electrical Transmission Towers. My responsibility :Plans and coordinates production procedures at the plant Plans and organizes production facilities and consumable well in time (No loss of time) and develops long term and short term production plans to meet the production targets Prepares weekly plan, allocates manpower and machinery to achieve the plant target within the required priorities Follows up the fabrication of urgent items Provides technical support to production staff to resolve fabrication problems . Coordinates with Planning and Material handling to ensure the smooth flow of information related to fabrication. Ensures quality output in line with the set norms as per production plan Monitors fabrication activities and ensures productivity improvement by introducing efficient production line methods (including non-conventional to achieve the target contributing to greater profit margin) Regulates and coordinates functions of office and shop-floor Updates production record and performance reporting Prepares production reports on a regular basis
