As Mens Engagement Group Facilitator in Gender & MHPSS, I am responsible as follows.1. Support the identification and screening of men with depression and admit them to GPM+ sessions2. Conduct 5 GPM+ sessions 3. Track the IPT-Group participation, recovery and discharge and link participants to Health and Nutrition services4. Link men who are improved from deprived symptoms to available BCC sessions and encourage Health, Nutrition and WASH behavioural adoption6. Closely follow and support the client until full functional restoration in post-IPT-G sessions7. Collect and report information such as the Number of HH Counseled, and the number of men screened for depression, referred and linked for Health and Nutrition services. 8. Conduct and help MHPSS for Selected Clients to Manage their Anxiety, Depression, and Stress.9. Prevent GBV and counsel survivors 10.
