I was able to lead Monguno team in coordinating, consolidating, and ensuring smooth implementation of program and operations’ activities and adherence to logistic, human resource, administration and security procedures at Monguno level also represents ACF to relevant stakeholders and report to the Area Coordinator, OSCO and CD. I was able to support the team in developments and implementation of the ACF Monguno strategy integrating NUT, FSL, and WASH programs in collaboration with the respective program managers and technical coordinator(s). I was able to provides general support, guidance, and serves as focal point during program planning, grant writing, and reporting. I was able to oversee opening, closing and/or regular running and management of all or part of support staff, program support activities, administration, and security of the base as well as coordination with program staff on the base level. I was also supported the team to ensure that ACF procedures and donor regulations applicable to projects implemented in the region with regards to program, logistics, security, HR, and administration are closely followed.I was also represents the organization at the regional level including general meetings with donors, humanitarian actors, local authorities, protocol meetings, security meetings, as well as sector program meetings when requested by the mission coordination.

My responsibilities include, strengthen capacities of LGA personnel/nutrition team in planning, financial management of nutrition interventions.- Support of thematic TAs strengthens technical and advocacy capacity of LGA level.-Support the development, implementation and follow-up of voice and accountability and community mobilization mechanism.-Facilitate process to strengthen linkages between LGA/state and health facilities/communities as well as overall coordination of activities at LGA level.-Ensure timely reporting, adherence to program strategy and coordination within program and with activities at the LGA level.
