Early recovery activities through rehabilitation of water and sanitation conflict-damaged infrastructures (Raqqa, Aleppo, Hassakeh). Establishing ACF's 5-years WASH strategy in Syria (2018 - 2023 period). Representing ACF in the WASH and Shelter clusters, both in Damascus and NES (North-East Syria) level. Supervising €7 million budget of emergency and post-emergency WASH interventions while managing and developing the capacities of the technical teams in three different bases.

Bamako, Mali

Supervising the implementation of development interventions in rural areas (Kayes and Sikasso regions) through the National Society (Malian Red Cross). Managing and building capacity of the staff both at capital and field level (30 in total) ensuring financial and narrative reports were delivered on time (€5 million of total budget).Emergency interventions (WASH&Health) in an unstable and volatile areas (Tombouctou, Ségou). Coordination with donors, governmental agencies and external stakeholders both at capital and regional level.

Dakar, Senegal

Oversight the effective implementation of ACPP's WASH and gender portfolio in Senegal and Guinea Bissau through local partners (total budget €3 million). Building capacities and competencies at local level through community-led initiatives.
