I am currently pursuing my Master's degree at the University of Maine. I hold a BA in Integrated Business Studies with a focus on Accounting from the University for Development Studies. I have a strong technical background, including skills in Microsoft Office Suite, network, software, and hardware troubleshooting, database management, Python and R programming, digital onboarding, and VPN technology. In addition to my technical skills, I am a quick learner, critical thinker, detail-oriented, and a team player with excellent time management and multitasking abilities. I possess strong verbal and written communication skills and am adept at problem-solving and adapting to change.My work experience covers various roles such as an Accountant at Nagel Memorial Adventist Hospital, a Business Support Analyst at I3 Technologies, and a Digital Banking Support Specialist at Consolidated Bank Ghana and Standard Chartered Bank, Ghana. During these roles, I have demonstrated my ability to process payroll, collaborate with auditors, prepare accurate financial statements, lead cross-functional teams, improve product delivery, and increase customer satisfaction. I have also made significant contributions to digital banking, leading digital account onboarding and KYC upgrades, spearheading digital banking initiatives, and providing IT support. My efforts have resulted in increased sales, higher digital banking usage, and enhanced operational efficiency. In addition to my professional experience, I have also participated in volunteer programs where I managed and organized community data for fundraising campaigns, tracked campaign progress, and analyzed community needs and demographics. This experience has further honed my analytical skills and my ability to deliver results. As a student and a professional, I am always eager to learn and take on new challenges.
