Responsible for initiating corrective / preventive actions to eliminate nonconformity to quality system. • Ensures timely testing and release of raw materials, in-process, finished products, stability samples from the lab. Reviews and approves, stability protocols and stability summary reports, investigations, calibrations, qualifications, and other analytical records as needed.• Performing calibration as scheduled.• Making full documentation for the work done according to adopted Documentation system.• Trains or supervises training of other lab staff, & Ensuring laboratory Analysts are trained well and are capable to perform assigned analytical methods• Assure that all equipment and instrumentation is properly maintained and calibrated in accordance with established procedures.• As per the requirement developed and modified analytical methods• Efficiently and safely supervising the daily operation of facility quality control laboratory in accordance with established plant policies, safety procedures and analytical methodology. • Develops a budget for the laboratory and maintains control of lab costs.• Plans work load distribution and makes schedules.• Supervises purchase of supplies and maintains equipment inventory.• Planning for the resources required for continuous operation of laboratory and future requirements.• Internal & external audit follow up• Ensure the availability of chemicals, equipment, glassware and spares for the Laboratory. Controls the inventory of such items and arranges timely replenishment.• Supervise, organize and review the work of lab staff• Quality management System (Trackwise 8) software handling for Change control and CAPA Instruments: - I have a good Knowledge in the following instruments" Operation & Maintenance "1. HPLC. 2. Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy.3 U.V spectrophotometer.4. Polarimeter.5. Flame photometer.6. Titrando.7. TOC Analyzer.8. Dissolution tester.9. ICP-OES
