Worked as a Project Manager within Morrisons' Technology department, leading high-profile, business critical projects such as PSTN replacement, AD Exchange, and McColls MPLS.

Provided technical consulting and product expertise of Mobysoft's RentSense for clients within the social housing sector. Managed multiple projects from scoping and requirements gathering, through to launch and support during a hypercare period.

As part of the JLP, I acted as the bridge between clients and contractors. My role was to actively log customer queries over the phone using ServiceInsight and to assign nearby engineers to deal with such queries.

Responded to customer queries via email, sorted and maintained the customer database using Microsoft Dynamics, as well as completed various other administrative duties.

Worked within a large team at LUFC to serve VIPs food and beverages during football matches, provided silver service and gained practical experience within a fast-paced environment where communication is key.
