- The application of statistical quality control procedures.- Quality Control reports, post-construction report.- Project execution and management of development assistance.- To correct defective work or materials, to request a replacement.- Maintain the quality of the product and to minimize costs and optimal quality of test devices and procedures to use.- Carry out the necessary inspections. Daily inspection records and performance preparation.

- for daily activities related to QA/QC civil Piling and structural works viz. excavation, backfilling, compaction, concreting, fabrication, Concrete protection, Water proofing and construction of foundation.- Monitoring and inspecting of all the civil works. Execution of construction activities as specified, co-ordination of inspection and testing activities on the site. - Implementation and construction of Power stations, Naval Force Bases and underground sewer/drainages.- Inspection and checking for concrete Slump test, earth works, finishing works of buildings and asphalt works.- Check the works in their area of responsibility for compliance with the specifications.- Respond to request for inspection / approval in a timely manner.- Ensure there are no ambiguity in the agreed standards to be achieved, i.e. workmanship, benchmarks, material samples etc.- Regular reporting of progress and performance to QA/QC Manager and others as instructed.- Provide an inspection service to ensure that workmanship and materials are as specified by the Client.- Resolve quality issues in a pragmatic manner at the earliest opportunity, to the maximum benefit of the business.- Witness testing of concrete cubes/materials with test laboratory- Witness Cross-Hole sonic Logging of Drilled Shafts and Low Strain Integrity Testing of Piles.- Ensures that all test results are verified to meet contract requirements- Monitor’s material storage area and takes necessary measures to prevent damage- Reports non-conforming activities, propose rectification strategy and follow-up on remedial works- Support to civil laboratory in testing
