 Oversee civil construction activities, monitor progress and supervises all involved crews in direct modification and installations, ensuring all works conforms to the engineering design and standard specifications. Monitor and direct, in collaboration with project team all site activities to ensure objectives are accomplished within the prescribed time frame and budget parameters. Manage changes to Engineering scope and assist in obtaining written client approval on all changes before proceeding with work. Prepare reports for corrective actions if project becomes behind schedule or overspends budget, and present to General Manager with recovery plan. Prepare and presents reports for General Manager, including monthly summary report. Confer with project team to provide technical advice and to resolve problems. Provide staff on the job training with skills training programs, with the aim of increasing worker skills and personnel development.

 Studying project original contract drawings and specifications and advice the Project Manager on technical matters affecting construction, time and costs. Preparing structural Shop drawings and details for different concrete sections. Create structural models with detailing by Revit. Responsible for quantity surveying. Review Sub-Contractors and client invoices. Developing the project time schedule for construction of the entire project scope. Analysis quotations from Suppliers and Subcontractors. Checking of all types of drawings received from subcontractors and suppliers for coordination purposes.
