• Consult with Department to discuss upcoming company needs and develop multifaceted recruitment program.• Determine the most effective recruitment methods and sources to attract candidates, develop advertisements for open positions and place ads in the most effective media.• Coordinate with outside employment agencies (locally and internationally) and/ or universities, colleges and/ or other institutions to acquire talent as per the organization’s requirements.• Evaluate and manage recruiting agencies and ensure best services are obtained by reaching the most economical agreements• Contact recruitment agencies, schools and colleges to set up interviews with counselors and prospective candidates.• Design an application forms that contain the information necessary to easily identify the strongest applicants.• Review resumes and applications and conduct screening interviews of likely candidates. Check academic records of candidates and previous work history.• Interview applicants and gather information regarding education, experience, training, job skills and salary requirements.• Supervise hiring processes. Maintain necessary files covering applications, interviews and testing procedures.• Prepare and follow up orientation programs to provide the new workers with all information they need to become acquainted with the company.• Conduct exit interview with some employees to discuss and clarify the reasons for termination.
