Resident Engineer / Project manager Job Responsibilities- Supervising the project site on a regular basis to ensure work progress as per plan, specifications, all tender documents and quality requirements.- Review Contractor’s Daily Progress Report, Weekly Progress Report and Monthly Progress Report and issue comments or approval as well as guidelines and recommendations.- Review and issue approval of Structural drawings, shop drawings, and submit to municipality for approval.- Review and issue approval of civil and architectural shop drawings, moreover review and issue approval for all related material submittal as per project specifications.- Review and approve payments and variations and compare them with the progress at the site and project cash flow.- Preparing the Progress meeting every week to follow up the work, review all longs, discuss about project progress and resolve problems that delayed progress in reaching the project Target.- Preparing the Technical meeting to solved all technical issued and review all coordination drawings.- Ensure proper and specified quality of work being performed on site by monitoring all site works.- Coordinate with contractors and other agencies involved in the project to ensure smooth working at site.- Handing over the project and preparing snag list, initial and final settlement for the project.
