• Reporting to the partners of the company, responsible fo creating, developping and leading the import-export and licensing objectives in line with overall company strategy, coordinating all the import-export and licensing activities to ensure profitability and effectiveness of the business,• Monitor all competitors’ local & abroad activities in order to revise and develop strategies to meet market dynamics and customer requirements, • Acquisition of the new customers ( local & foreigner ) and control of the portfolio & identification of new business opportunities for export facilities,• Management of all the custom operations and documentation ( both for Import & Export ) for achieving on time custom clearance & shipment via truck, vessel or plane.• Preparing monthly – quartely and annual business plans, budgets and reports together with the headqurter to achieve company goals,• Implement of ALL the foreign trade negotiations from beginning to the end, including the selection of the merchandise ( through international fairs, search through the internet, related printed media, etc… ) • Obtain sales orders and place orders by contacting the consulting authorities directly.• To assist customer needs by identifying their needs, supply products, generation quotas through self cost-calculation, realising the orders through the related import facilities to meet the goal of the customers,• Ensure the targeted sales turnover for export and supply the most appropiate merchandise to the market through the import facilities,• Conduct suppliers and manufactures and arrange frequent visits to create, develop & enlarge relations with the key point companies,• Establishment & development of the communication with the related license offices, search, maintain appropriate profit & prestige oriented licenses, create & follow up the vendor, import and custom clearence of the products, follow up the sales and prepare the required reports.
