• Preparing engaging and performance reports of Brokers for Chairman’s review.• Responsible for registering individual and corporate brokers.• Organizing Roadshows and open houses for sales team as per Sales Head approval and tracing salesand performance of the sales teams and respective brokers.• Coordinate with procurement, legal and accounts teams.• Assisting client relation Team with their required information.• Maintaining brokers data base and allocation of brokers to sales team.• Responsible in amending payment terms for closed deals and early hand-over trough escalated“Service Request System”.• Monitoring and controlling the inventory prior to sales strategy, search and price increases.• Report for all fresh deals that need to be approved and executed for generating SPA (Sales PurchaseAgreement) of client.• Coordinate and follow-up other department for those units/projects that had been hold or restrictedprior to selling.• Arranging business trip and Road shows for PC and Directors.• Assigning, reservation and booking of units for new and recovered deals.• Responsible in amending of payment terms and parking allocation for fresh/new sales.• Review and update details of units from cancelled deals or agreement before reselling.• Provide details and information needed by sales person or property consultant for client presentationPurposes via email and phone conversation.• Coordinate other department to provide details and status report needed/queried by prospect orClient.

• Does the daily monitoring of all properties and for each property Specialists.• Calling owners regarding their property and update the availability of their properties every week. • Familiar with Master key and Propspace software.• Does the daily monitoring of all properties and for each property Specialists (such as: listings, price lists, tenancy contract and Editing and uploading property pictures etc.)• Obtain lease information and complete lease applications.• Set up and maintain lease files• Encourage resident retention by contacting all residents on renewal and check up on their issues if reported any.• Assist with resident relations:a. Follow up on resident service requestsb. Assist with resident problems and complaints concerning rent payments, service requests, etc.• Supervisory responsibilities - in absence of the manager, provide “in charge” responsibilities for the property and staff.• Maintaining monthly and yearly Deal Sheets and preparing STR every year of Trade License renewal.• Maintaining property portals like Bayut.com, PropertyFinder.com, Gulf news and Dubbizle.com, by marking the featured and exclusive listings.• Safe keeping, Filing all Sales and Rental files.• Answer telephones and give information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals. • Greet visitors or callers and handle their inquiries or direct them to the appropriate persons according to their needs.• Keeping appointments with clients• Getting maintenance done on office equipment and machinery.• Managing holiday, sickness, and attendance, absence records.• Train, and help to assimilate new employees.
