Housekeeping & Laundry teamleader At Sheraton Maldives Fullmoon resort & spa (Fullmoon rebranded to sheraton) (Dec-2008 to Dec-2011)Duties & Responsibilities.Inspecting All the checkout Rooms & selected occupied Rooms from Assigned area..supervising daily activities of room attendants & public area attendants To ensure all the arrival rooms are released before checking the guests..Assigning task sheets to room attendants..Attending to emergency guest requests.In laundry .managing & supervising the laundry floor & production cycle. Helping & coaching to laundry Associates .Inspecting the laundered linens before storing .Creating rosters & making schedules for laundry associates depend on occupancy basis..keeping records of daily wash loads..ensure linen & uniforms are spot less & appearance are well cleaned maintain confidentiality of proprietary. .Prepare lists of required chemicals & tools, submit to assistant housekeeper..conducting inventories of linen & equipment’s monthly basis .Ensuring all the equipment’s are maintained & cleaned & efficient in working condition. If any machine or equipment requires to repair. It should be reported to engineering department asap.
