• Manage job sites for new construction, create schedules for construction Crew and ensure all projects are fully staffed.• Hire full-time and temporary laborers to contribute to each project.• Create and manage the budgets for each project activity, including supplies, materials and labor.• Hire and organise various contractors and suppliers, and coordinate the subcontractor’s activities.• Overseeing all project activities both on-site and off-site and making sure they are completed as per the schedule & ensure safety guidelines are followed on all job sites.• Maintain constant communication with clients through closing process.• Monitoring the project progress, baselines & budget

• Assists Project Manager regarding personnel requirements or improvements and equipment.• Obtaining approvals and any required permits for new constructions.• Review design drawing & RFIs' delivery and Shop Drawings submittals.• Determining the necessary information & documents provided to project stakeholders. • Review and monitoring procurement plan, site reports. • Review plans; check designs, specifications & estimates.• Conduct pre-construction meetings, subcontractors, technical and progress meetings.• Conduct weekly coordination meeting with Tech.\ site team, subcontractors and suppliers.• Organise weekly meetings with dokka support team for climbing& slipping forms systems.

King Abduazziz International Airport Development Project, Jeddah-KSA Central Utility Complex-Prophet Mohammad Holy Mosque-Al Madinah Kingdom Tower-Jeddah, Kudai Towers, AL Marwa Bus Station Jabal Alkabba Bus Station, SANG Housing Project-Jeddah First and Second Ring Road-Makkah. • Survey staff management (scheduling, equipment and supplies management) for each project. • Provides the Management Team with the required project progress information on a daily, weekly or monthly basis presented in volume sheets, drawings and/or cross-sections.• Supervise Engineers including allocation and distribution of work.• Developing applicable inspection methods, procedures and working techniques.• Overseeing right-of-way, survey operations & geodetic information preparation.• Conduct regular meetings with projects survey engineers for reviewing the operational conditions & issues of each project. • Gathering data for the knowledge database (lessons learned, installation\work procedures) to support and improve the survey operations.• Provide guidelines to the Surveyors on the projects on QA/QC and HSE reports/recommendations• Undertake the preparation, standardization and maintenance of the Survey Guidelines and Procedures..• Liaise Survey departments to adhere to existing working practices, methods, procedures.• Undertake relevant training and development activities.• Review and analyse new technologies and develop new and alternative systems• Determine the personnel needs for each project\sites( Recruitment & termination planning )• Overseeing on-site office operation, office work flow procedures, and field and office problem solving techniques.

• Responsible for the running of the project survey team (mobilisation, execution, deliverables and project zones close out).• Responsible for the quality control and quality assurance of survey data, Field checks, calibrations and survey results.• Acts as a coordinator between site engineers, subcontractors and consultant.• Liaise 25 of our surveyors & subcontractor's survey staff , during work executing until handover for most of project activities ex.(Shuttering, formworks, steel fixation, precast elements fixation, roads & tunnels, bridges work, finishing work, landscaping & utilities networks (SD, SW, FF, IR, DW, LNPG, LV,MV,LC) this to ensure work compliance with project drawings and specifications. •Oversees the (survey) staffing of the project and advises the Area Survey Manager and Project Manager regarding personnel requirements or improvements

Training & supports Trimble’s customer crews ( Engineers& Surveyors) on all Trimble surveying Products {{GPS, GNNS, Total stations, 3-D Spatial Image Scanners (GX, FX, VX)} Later on, reporting & quality control tasks are assigned to my responsibilities for Offshore projects.
