-Plans vehicle schedule and supplies the truck according to the needs.-Follows up the transportations of acquired customers under custody and provides sustainability of the operations in expected time and without damages.-Manages the transactions towards operations with foreign DB Schenker offices within the scope of DB Schenker Arkas trade compliance process.-Responds to all questions in optimal way which comes from acquired customers in timely manner and finds alternative solutions for existing problems.-Creates alternative suppliers and continuous development of new suppliers.-Supports related teams in terms of pricing for gaining new customers and follows up invoicing process regards to actualized services.

-Creation of import order record in the system.-Based on the approval received from the sender, starting the operational process and carrying out the operation by ensuring the information flow with the customer during the period until the delivery of the load.-Making reservations for vehicles arriving at the port and following the embarkation.-Issuing freight invoices for arriving loads and sharing registration and summary declaration information.-Saving all documents belonging to the cargoes for which order records are created, to the system.-Keeping the weekly reports of the shipments.

- Checking the documents of the departured cargos.- Sending departure advise to the customers.-Notifying the customers of the daily locations of the trucks.- Sharing the arrival notices of the arrived cargoes with the customers.-Following and managing the evacuation processes of trucks.-Providing proof of delivery and entering them into the system.
