As an Intern in Carrier Sales at TRAFFIX, I support the operational sales team by facilitating logistics activities, managing relationships with the carriers, and further developing the supply chain processes to guarantee smooth transportation.

Support business solution on existing applications. Investigate and solution issues and new requirements for a suite of business applications.Develop requirements specifications, conduct feasibility studies, produce high-level and detailed business models, prepare business cases, coordinate development of and implement solutions, taking into account as vital any implications of systems considered.Facilitate sessions/workshops with business users to acquire requirements for systems to be developed and/or maintained.Facilitate workshops for requirements development and clarification.Document new requirements and find opportunities for applying more efficient and effective solutions.Translate business requirements into system specifications.Update required documentation.Execute processes using 3GTMS.
